At CVCA, the largest veterinary cardiology service provider in the U.S., Amy was recruited as the organization’s first enterprise financial and operational leader — then designed and implemented the governance infrastructure that took the Board from reactive to strategic. She reduced the financial close cycle by 44%, cut outstanding receivables by 35%, and secured Board approval for a quarterly performance-based bonus program that raised Net Promoter Scores while reducing controllable costs by 10%.

At Volvo Construction Equipment, she co-led development of a three-to-five-year strategic roadmap integrating workforce planning, succession strategy, capability development, and sustainability priorities — then guided senior leaders through a 30% volume contraction while maintaining engagement and cultural stability. Currently serving as a Senior Executive (GS-15) appointed as Director of the Office of the Secretary of Defense Damage Assessment Management Office (OSD DAMO), Travis manages a $30M base budget, oversees DoD-wide cyber incident damage assessment policy, and leads a $25M+ AI/ML modernization initiative to enhance the speed and fidelity of enterprise data analysis across the Defense Industrial Base.

As a Senior Intelligence Specialist (GS-14) at U.S. Army INSCOM, Travis directed a distributed team of 15 analysts, enhanced intelligence accessibility by 95% for supported programs, and provided expert advisory to 40+ government and contractor personnel on integrating threat intelligence into acquisition and contract decision-making. He maintained liaison across the U.S. Army Intelligence Security Enterprise, counterintelligence producers, and the broader Intelligence Community.

Earlier in his career, Travis served as a Human Intelligence Specialist in the U.S. Air Force, authoring 500+ Intelligence Information Reports, collaborating with USCYBERCOM to identify key leads that founded the Cyber HUMINT program in the DC area, and supporting the USDAO in Kyiv during crisis — producing 45+ reports of which 15 were presented in the Presidential Daily Brief.
