Amy has spent her career building leaders, transforming cultures, and creating the conditions where people and organizations thrive together. She became the youngest store manager at Hollywood Video at 18 — not because she was a financial whiz, but because she knew how to rally a team and bring out the best in people. That instinct has guided every role since.

From coaching veterinary teams through a 50%-to-7% turnover transformation, to facilitating succession planning and talent calibration forums for senior leadership at Volvo Construction Equipment, to serving as a trusted advisor to executive teams navigating volatility and strategic change — Amy’s through-line is always the same: people first, performance follows.

At CVCA, the largest veterinary cardiology service provider in the U.S., Amy was recruited as the organization’s first enterprise financial and operational leader — then designed and implemented the governance infrastructure that took the Board from reactive to strategic. She reduced the financial close cycle by 44%, cut outstanding receivables by 35%, and secured Board approval for a quarterly performance-based bonus program that raised Net Promoter Scores while reducing controllable costs by 10%.

At Volvo Construction Equipment, she co-led development of a three-to-five-year strategic roadmap integrating workforce planning, succession strategy, capability development, and sustainability priorities — then guided senior leaders through a 30% volume contraction while maintaining engagement and cultural stability. She applied AF100 (Advanced Facilitation for 100% Involvement) principles to elevate psychological safety and inclusive decision-making at the executive level.

She is a veteran of the United States Air Force, where she served as an Office Chief and Vietnamese Linguist. Amy holds an MBA and BA in Humanities from the University of Maryland, an AA in Vietnamese Language from the Defense Language Institute, Executive & Performance Leadership certificates from Cornell University, and is completing her Advanced Certified Personal & Executive Coach (ACPEC) credential from the College of Executive Coaching.

Travis brings 25+ years of leadership, strategic analysis, and executive advisory experience across the U.S. military, federal government, and private sector. His career has been defined by one constant: advising senior leaders on high-stakes decisions in complex, ambiguous environments — and translating that clarity into action.

Currently serving as a Senior Executive (GS-15) appointed as Director of the Office of the Secretary of Defense Damage Assessment Management Office (OSD DAMO), Travis manages a $30M base budget, oversees DoD-wide cyber incident damage assessment policy, and leads a $25M+ AI/ML modernization initiative to enhance the speed and fidelity of enterprise data analysis across the Defense Industrial Base.

As a Senior Intelligence Specialist (GS-14) at U.S. Army INSCOM, Travis directed a distributed team of 15 analysts, enhanced intelligence accessibility by 95% for supported programs, and provided expert advisory to 40+ government and contractor personnel on integrating threat intelligence into acquisition and contract decision-making. He maintained liaison across the U.S. Army Intelligence Security Enterprise, counterintelligence producers, and the broader Intelligence Community.

Earlier in his career, Travis served as a Human Intelligence Specialist in the U.S. Air Force, authoring 500+ Intelligence Information Reports, collaborating with USCYBERCOM to identify key leads that founded the Cyber HUMINT program in the DC area, and supporting the USDAO in Kyiv during crisis — producing 45+ reports of which 15 were presented in the Presidential Daily Brief.

At True Arc, Travis leads firm operations, client relationships, and the strategic advisory practice — bringing the same analytical rigor, stakeholder management discipline, and executive communication skills that have defined his government and military career.

Our Core
Values

People First

Performance follows people — always. Every engagement starts with a genuine commitment to the individuals inside the organizations we serve.

Intellectual Honesty

We say what we see. Our clients hire us to tell them the truth — not to validate what they already believe. That means sometimes delivering the harder message.

Built With, Not For

Solutions developed with your team get implemented. Solutions developed for your team get filed away. We co-create because we’ve seen the alternative.

Lasting Capability

We measure success by what’s different six months after we leave — not by the quality of the report we delivered on the last day of the engagement.
